Open Question: Has anyone experienced living in a rental that's for sale to a new owner?

Our landlord passed away and his family is selling all his properties. The real estate agent has just viewed our 3 apartments and is putting the building up for sale now. My neighbors and I are very nervous about all this. We really don't like the idea of all sorts of strangers entering our homes for who knows how long. It could take forever to sell anything with the economy like it is. We are in NJ and we do know that a 24 - 48 hour notice is required before bringing prospective buyers into our homes... but still... I know that my neighbors are very nice and clean and take care of things like I do. I'm sure that they noticed during the visual inspection. We even keep the yard nice. I'm just praying that the building will be sold with tenants included. I just dread having to move again, since I just got settled in.
