Open Question: Filing for unemployment in OH? ?

I am getting laid off this Friday and have not yet found anything to replace my current position. (I'm in commercial real estate.) I'm getting severance but have been told I am still eligible for unemployment. Does anyone know if this is true? How do you go about filing for unemployment in the state of Ohio?
